Inspired by the sound of a telephone dead tone, "Dead Tone Music" is an electronic work which has a firm harmonic/melodic influence pulled from the classical symphonic cannon. The work was originally composed by Matthew Dewey for a street theatre piece for the Adelaide Fringe Festival in 2008.
