It is industry standard software that includes a number of security features including built in SSL security support. Additionally, all credit card payments are administered by Paypal for additional cardholder security.
How will my purchases be made available to me?
Sheet music and scores are available as downloadable pdf files, Recordings are available as downloadable mp3 files. Once files have been purchased (i.e. payment processed), an automated email is sent to the purchaser with the download link. It might be useful to add matt@matthewdewey.com to your email address book to avoid this email being sent to your spam inbox.
I have not received an email with my download links, what has happened?
Don’t panic! Firstly, ensure that the payment has been completed. If you have paid by credit card, please log on to your credit card and check the transaction list. As we use Paypal for all credit card transactions, the transaction will appear very quickly on your online statement. If it does not appear there you may need to complete the purchase. Secondly, check if the email has been sent to your spam inbox. It might be useful to add matt@matthewdewey.com to your email address book. If you have further issues please use the report issue form. Don’t worry, we will get your purchase to you swiftly!
What happens if I have a problem?
If you have issues that aren’t covered on this page please use the report issue form. We will ordinarily respond on the same day or overnight (depending on where you are in the world relative to Tasmania) to your query, in some cases it may take 24-48hrs to respond.
